State FSSAI Food License Registration   

As an online seller, your retailing business turnover is between Rs. 12 Lakhs to Rs.20 crores you fall under the State food license category. For this food license, you have to fill up Form B to get FSSAI food registration.

• ID proof of the online seller (Aadhar/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ Passport)   

• Incorporation Certificate/ GST Registration/ Trading License   

• MOA and AOA   

• Any one of the following is compulsory (Trade license or Establishment registration or Panchayath License or Corporation License or Municipality License)

Central FSSAI Food License Registration   

If your online business turnover is over Rs. Rs.20 crores, then you must register for a Central food license. If your mid-cap business crosses Rs.20 crores, you must upgrade from a State food license to a Central food license.

• Import and Export code
